This goal is hard to beat for the price. The instructions aren't bad either. The hardest part is the height adjusting mechanism which takes some care. It took my wife and I about 4 hours to put the whole thing together so be sure you have enough time before starting. A few of the bolts and nuts fit a little tight but overall fit is good and holes match up pretty well. My three kids ages 9, 11, and 13 all love playing basketball with it and so do I. Ok and hour later...step 2 after wondering why the bolt instructed to use in the assemble didn't work, I quit. The problems didn't end with the instructions having a misprint with the bold. They continued to the supporting bars (the main support that held up the net). The manual is not well written and parts are not organized all that well. But it turned out that everything was there and it was pretty straight forward to put it together. I would say it took about four hours and I had never assembled one before. It probably should have taken less but I had to deal with my three boys (4,6,8) constantly asking when it was going to be done.
